CUSTOMER BUSINESS ANALYST Requirements:
BS Business Administration or equivalent plus a minimum of five years inside sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor environment; SAP experience; strong interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills along with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. Lotus Notes experience a plus. Responsibilities include processing sales orders; backlog management; and establishing daily priorities for customers and sample requests; track and log customer surveys and questionnaires; maintain SAP sales forecast and demand-to-go were necessary; audit participation for ISO and Sarbanes. Proficiency in Windows-based PC software applications plus excellent written and verbal communication skills is essential.
